Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training module

The objective of this Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training module is to educate Cactizens about the importance and principles of DEI in the workplace. The module seeks to promote understanding of inclusive hiring practices, appropriate language use, and available support mechanisms like Employee Resource Groups. By highlighting both prohibited and encouraged behaviors, it strives to foster a more inclusive work environment. Ultimately, the training aims to empower employees to contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture at CACTUS, aligning individual behaviors with the organization's commitment to DEI values and practices.
